I know that the EAD card comes directly to the applicant and not to the attorney.
What about RFE on EAD? Does that too come directly to the applicant?

Mumbai visa bulletin for oct 2009 has different EB3 India dates(22nd Feb 2002).

Hello everyone,
I had filed for my I485 on 19th July at Nebraska. My 90 days are getting over on 19th Oct. Still I have not received any receipts for I-485,EAD,I-131.
My lawyer is going to call USCIS to inquire about my case.
Does any one had experience calling USCIS after 90 days were over and the USCIS tracked your application and you got your receipts.
Would be great if any one can share there experiences.

Don't know if it will help anybody since i'm a June filer. I didn't file EAD along with AOS in June, but on July 11th i filed EAD with 485 RN. My check got cashed on the 13th and got the receipt# from the back. The case status says they received the application on 12th. I haven't got the Receipt notice yet though. I did write I-765 on the package.

hI ATTY I am working under an h1b visa right now as of 2011. But i had a previous petitioned by another employer way back 2006. There was an I-140 filed but it was denied and I never heard from my petitioner then. I do have the USCIS copy and case number. Can I look for another employer and atty that could reopen the case?? Please help me. Thanks

Agree with Anders about the crop.....but the beans are tack sharp and the shot is excellent.
When you get your 20D, suggest you take the same shot (unless you will have already used the beans) with your new gear and make a comparison.
